As a holder even if the cobalt announcement is made that RM will move forward with it the market i believe wont shift the price all that much from where it is sitting at the moment.
The current market isn't all that good in regards to precious and base metals.
I do like the project but in terms of seeing SP movement i think we will need to wait a fair while.
