In other words maximising the upside in a short period of time without the large capital expenditure and time frame required.

- The other main point is that due to the lack of technical experience, they will have to rely on outside expertise in this area.

This has been demonstrated with the Red Valley project and now the DRC project.
I think they will learn lots from Red Valley, take these lessons and apply them to future projects as is now demonstrated with using a larger, more experienced company with greater technical expertise.

Due to this lack of technical expertise, they were always likely to make mistake and still down the road will make further mistakes. So long as they learn and mature as directors I think the company will have a good future.

I tend to put lots of thought into my posts, generally to raise points that may be missed and these are my general thoughts.
I know not everyone will agree with these posts, but it's not about agreement, it's more about a broad thought process that may help in investing in general.

Very insightful !

Experience in deal making with minimal cost is a great asset, indeed.
Probably, the most important of all for a company that has to operate on a shoestring budget. Making the most of what it has.

Technical expertise can always be bought.
In my view, specialised external technical input would and should always be sought, as by nature this company is aiming at a broad range of mining operations that do not necessarily coincide and could have widely varying specifics.
