If you can't figure out on your own where 'I'm getting' $90m MC from then you shouldn't be investing. I'd be very wary investing in AVZ at these levels, reminds me of playing pass the parcel as a kid... don't be the one holding the parcel when the music stops.
Likewise if you've done any research you'd be aware BGS has entirely new management.
