    MEDEC (MAA) up 11c to 57.5c: Last night announced a heads of
    agreement with Bodycur, which operates 33 health centres in Germany.
    Bodycur will adopt the Medec Health Centre concept within its franchise
    system. Medec has risen from 22c since announcing a distribution deal
    with the top US salon and spa equipment business on June 29.
