Guys
They own all the state production facilities of the original Coke franchises including Smithfield in NSW (which was missed out earlier) but that does not include later acquisitions such as SPC and Neverfail which are hit and miss. About the only thing they don't own is head office in North Sydney. They moved there from Macquarie St Sydney a few years and in fact owned that as well but sold it to AMP to raise some capital.
Allied Manufacturing And Trading Industries Limited was in fact started in Perth when they had Guest, Coca-Cola, APD snack foods and a butchers chain but soon moved to Sydney, They bought Moorabin (Vic), Fortitude Valley (Qld) followed by Northmead (NSW) and Thebarton (SA) . It was owned by BAT (British American Tobacco) and was the poor cousin to the tobacco industry. How things have changed.
I still think the alcohol is going to do well in the coming 6 months.
Cheers
