I think some areas may slip back into recession, esp Euro countries and I think USA recovery will be very slow, but Asia is going along OK and NZ/Aust are more in that slipstream.
The Euro countries have to pay now for decades of deficits and they need structural economic change to achieve this and the govts of a lot of those countries are either too socialist or too splintered to achieve it. I can certainly see Eurozone going back into recession and staying there. Some countries like Greece and Ireland make take 10 years or so to recover.
