I must be such a small-fry that I don't have access to any such perks. Whatever order I put in (other than "Good for day") is given a 1 month expiry date and any dates beyond that are 'greyed-out' and not usable. I've got used to them expiring every month, and it's quite a good reminder to keep tabs on my outstanding orders.
I was just concerned at the language they used in this instance - it sounded like the company was going under!!
