Hi guys
It seems to me that we have gone from being over confident on Gazelle to having the market price in zero chance of success even though I would say things a looking relatively good at this stage
Gazelle 4 is ofcourse very critical but it seems the fact they have outlined the detail of the zones they expect to encounter ( and there are a few) suggests confidence
I have tried to be realistic and I have taken away about 5 cents a share from the overuns on well one and I have discounted another 10 cents for poor management communication . Having done all this if Gazellle 4 is a success ( and even if we assume some decent dilution ) which may not happen as they are chasing a reserve lending facility the current shareprice offers outstanding risk/reward value. The sentiment is so low people have stopped commenting on the continued discoveries in the area
I increased my position last week slightly do average down.
