we have been here a number of times before with no news/poor timing effecting the SP BUT like all things China will sort and we are heading to the heating season and assume Linxing North GCS is due to kick in and we will see some impressive gas flow figures. what we do need is some closure on late payments and SJB ODP which given management made the time line should be achievable
