Dr CW seems like a very impressive individual. Accomplished, driven, switched on. She has already attracted top talent to her board and team. I have the sense that she will set a high standard for her organisation and this augurs well for achieving goals. Looking at her not-for-profit work and her other ventures, it is not a stretch to believe that she will get things done. Exactly what you are looking for in a small cap listed company. They need to set their goals, inform the market, exceed their goals and so on.
I notice she has also been a keynote speaker for the Salesforce Service Cloud
