Hi If I can sell them to Delisted for a loss then I can also sell them to my mate down at the pub . I do not know whether you could get the shares transferred at the moment . As I see it if I claimed them as a loss this year and IF the taxman queried it ( I doubt it ) by the time it takes to sort it all out the company will be back up and running or gone to heaven where all defunked companies go . At the worst the shell of the company has good value and Us Shareholders have to go with it . Fortesque came out of a company that folded and was regenerated a few years later I happened to be a holder but sold my shares at what I thought was a good price and did not hold for the ride All is not lost at the moment Cheers to Holders I was lucky I bought mine at .9 cents not like others who hold at much higher prices DYOR Towie
