Adam, no sorry, it would be inappropriate of me to allude to a greater extent than what is appropriate. In fact I would no longer be alluding, I would be breaking confidences. Actually I would prefer not to be posting on this subject but do so out of empathy for frustrated holders.
There have been some positive steps taken, and bear in mind, such negotiations are a real process of many many steps. There is no silver bullet, no bingo ! Deal done. I can also state that there have been no real hindrances that I know of and I remain confident that an earlier guestimate of mine about clear and concrete news coming by late January will prove fairly accurate. I am more confident about that now than when I made the call a few weeks ago. But dont shoot me if my timing is out. I was asked for an estimate and gave the best answer that I could. I don't know what you mean by "Any info you have would be sure to help of SH"
