angry, as you are more than likely aware, an ex-employee with a score to settle is not necessarily going to give an objective state of affairs.

The market on the other hand is clearly not impressed with the current state of affairs of the company and value the shares @ .5 cents each. Perhaps the marjority of buyers are opportunists and are attempting to profit by the current uncertainty by getting onboard for a well undervalued price.

In any case, one might say that the silence is killing the company!
