    everytime the stockmarket tanks, quite a few of the stock investors, leave that market and turn their attention to property.....it is less volatile, safer, and investors have more control...
    rather than leaving their money at the mercy of the gamblers

    looks like the stock market is heading back down below 4000 again....sigh
