I watched Clare being interviewed this morning and became obvious she and her colleagues are way to busy fixing the mess left by the previous 121 years of govt mismanagement and ineptitude, to be distracted with this nuisance issue...
....... much easier to do a Pontius Pilate and wipe her hands of it and flick pass responsibility and accountability to the court justices; job done.
