i believe hoskins should have informed his shareholders that the bookbuilding process was extended by a week
the fact that he didnt caused risk averse investors to sell off over the past few days.
the question is would the outcome of the AGM votes have been different if the shareholders were informed of the extension????????????
still think sell off has been overdone
