    Hi Peter,
    Thanks for your input, I have been following Erin as well. Interesting stuff but (and please correct me if I am wrong) don't they just have the option to purchase MGC (and all of their expertise) by mid November but as of yet the merger hasn't happened yet?  I just got done over with CMY when their merger(s) were terminated. So I am a little gunshy at present.
