TJ, I dont think these are part of the RI. Reasoning is ri was one has to apply for minimum 1:20 ratio as per shares already owned. The directors already put substantial money on this as reflected in their fully owned ordinary shares. The additional shares now is not confirming to the 1:20 criteria of ri. I know it can be more but atleast in some cases with the additional allocation to directors it is less than that which it cant be if it is part of the ri. Based on this logic it does look like they have put in more personal money into ivx which is always a very positive sign as it gives shareholders a view of what insiders are thinking of the prospects for the company. Combined with the good info we already know, 3 trials, 3m deal etc, this news is certainly exciting. As instos were already queuing to put more money on this getting the additional funds if they choose to shoyldnt take long. They may choose not to as well as much of the capital they were after is there.. good luck all.
