In this uncertain time, NWH can't give firm update. Only thing they can say is no downgrade this year. And shorters can point out to the bad earning outlook, which NWH can't give firm forecast for the next two years.
Only thing NWH board can say is, they will cut down CAPEX if they don't win new contracts and will buy back with excess cash.
I just added a few more shares today. I just trust the board will do the right thing. But I don't think they can give firm update yet.
