You are right it was licenced as a bank in 2014 9 yrs ago. I thought I bought around that date but I checked my registry date and it was in 2010 @ $3.15 when it was Mystate Financial a much lesser business than it is today. As for the business being written thru brokers I would point to the increasing rate of housing loan business being written by all banks on the basis if you cannot beat them join them. Regardless MYS sits extremely well when compared with its peers for provisions and impairments.
