I don’t think you are correct as based on my understanding 70.% of all loans in Australia are currently written by brokers and banks don’t need to meet their clients as even major banks nowadays don’t meet their clients…
this to me is best opportunities to load up at this sensationalist divvy yield…..and SP growth seems to be 50% on cards in next year or two!!
