imo,
I don't see management announcing profit growth in comparison to 2014 financial year
I don't see management announcing revenue growth compared to 2014 financial year
Where is this growth that you always state?
Shareholders want to hear and see it from management.
Please show us a substantiated source that shows this huge growth?

Remember revenues do not mean profits as has been indicated with expansion costs getting footholds in o/s markets.
