    Very simple

    $100k in shares for the facility . 666k in shares. Which they could have taken in cash but happy to take shares as they believe it will go higher.

    1.8m options at 24.9c. Of which they will need to pay $448k to the company. So it's like they have placed 1.8m shares at 50c above the market.

    And 750k as security for the facility.
