Now remember SOC has the option to repurchase the full face value of these securities from Bergen during the term, and has a controlling say in the distribution and sale of the securities
I will contact the company this evening or tomorrow to confirm timeframes and premiums etc
Effectively, these are escrowed until a set time at which point SOC can opt to repurchase them - or at least how I read it
It appears that they drew down the $1M effective as at Friday, hence the 3B
