Why even mention 12.5c when is is clearly garbage
Why would future conversions be priced around today's price - to suggest so is purely misleading or very naive
If the stock is 25c early next year and they wish to draw down another $1M why would they accept the same price
Again deal with the facts, not conjur speculation to suit your agenda
The security shares will be returned for starters
So Bergen is priced in around 15-16c for $1M, with a swag of options priced at 24c - that is fact and that is simple to understand
