Jeeze can't you guy move on or write what is actually real not spend all day try to confuse mom and pop investor ... I do calculation they get stock at 16cents per share ... That is market price hello !!! Why you whinging ??? Any other company would give stock at 10cents per share ... SOC just do raise at market !!! You still complain and try to say no good ... What if it just normal cap raise at 16cents per share and 25cent per share options you be all happy lol ... Just because mention Bergen you say bad deal ... Lol what a joke :)
