Even in black and white you guy still find little bit to twist and try confuse people ... Only someone who knock head on door think the $3,000,000 remaining is locked in price wise $$$ before even draw down lol ... Jeeze can't you guy move on or write what is actually real not spend all day try to confuse mom and pop investor ... I do calculation they get stock at 16cents per share ... That is market price hello !!! Why you whinging ??? Any other company would give stock at 10cents per share ... SOC just do raise at market !!! You still complain and try to say no good ...
