The last announcement of any value was the first of march. It basically says they had a good year with acquisitions and the financial state of the company is ok.

There have been no updates on current activities since the 5th of Jan - the Game Outcome solution.

Straight after that announcement the company went into trading halt amidst rumours of relisting on a different exchange. Since then all that has happened is the company converting shares. So it's been 2 months since we have had an real information on how the company is going.

The potential is there and no one is doubting that. But, the SP is going nowhere fast if there isn't any tangible news.

You don't have to name names to let your investors know what you're up to. But you should make it reasonably clear. If that's an issue then should you be a publicly listed company? I'd think not. If you think BRN is so super special in what they are doing that they don't need to disclose, have a look at a company with the code D13.. would think the stuff they are doing is far more secretive in nature but there's no lack of information and the SP is reaping the rewards.
