I keep coming back to the discission last week re NASDAQ listing. A jointly owned BRAINCHIP (2) ie 50% owned by BRN and 50% owned by whoever (eg Cisco) and listed on the NASDAQ. Sounds better to me than acquisition.
One thing for sure a lot to play out in this space.
