Are you guys aware that a company can increase the total number of issued shares in a company by 15% without needing share holder approval?
That is another way management could raise funds for coal projects.. since the SP has not been trading for the required 5 days above the SP of 5cents, common sense tells me that they wont be needing to announce anything tomorrow. If their due diligence is finished tomorrow then maybe.. but other wise I imagine it will be very soon... perhaps a week?!?!
If there is no ann tomorrow saying " sorry we couldn't issue shares" then to me that would indicate that they have something right around the corner to announce. If they do announce " sorry...." then that will indicate there a more painful delays ahead.
So unless it is an " project secured ann" tomorrow, Id personally feel no ann is better than a " sorry but we couldn't issue shares ann"
The 'desk top due diligence' mentioned in the speeding ticket is a very good indication to me that something is brewing.. after all the previous speeding ticket said " we know nothing". So IMO progress is being made.
But if you do wish to dump go ahead... in due time the SP will reflect what this company is worth if they have good projects, no amount of bad mouthing will keep it down and likewise while there is no project, optimistic postings can only keep a SP propped up for so long...
