Well a lot might be funded by some of the 1 cent unlisted options they have.
I can only throw some ideas around..
.. check out the Feb 07 ann and look at the way they were going to pay for the Wittbank project...
Unlisted 1 cent options:
I am sure you understand how that works but for those that dont't; I cent oppies mean that indirectly it is the share holders ( or new buyers) that fund the project. The Sp rises to 25c + these guys convert and pay 1cent a share and flog them off for 25c + to buyers who will continue to ride the coal train. More than likely they will convert at a much higher SP to make it worthwhile. I imagine JV partners such as Constantia would have a longer term view unlike many aussie shareholders who are in for a quick buck rather than wait longer and make a slow fortune. Converting at $1 would be far more rewarding should the SP get there.
There are some big names on the Top 20 list so maybe they will open their wallet too.
