Hi what can I say They have announced a 4.75 for 1 share issue at .02 cents and also TVG will convert their Convertable redeemable shares into ordinary shares after the capital raising . Not good for the share price tomorrow but it maybe a chance to increase your holdings I will be watching this one Regards Towie
