The magic number 13m, though it's nice to have, will do very little to the share price because it has been mentioned in the announcement prior. It is not something out of the unexpected.
If the number is achieved, the SP may move up a little but not much. After a few days it cools down again until better news comes along.
What will do more for the SP is the progress, if any, made in sourcing for new feeds. That is my humble opinion.
Let us hope there is something for every holder in the announcement.
