    it was a good announcement, and LT potential of this company in Kaz is good (take a look at Max petroleum). The timeframes to fruition however are long - 6-12 months before major deals are enabled following capital raisings in London... most people can't be bothered to leave money tied up in a spec for that long - consequent sell-off i believe.
