I have thought about this and I think the board should come out with some guidance as soon as they have a reasonable figure in mind. (With the extra production this is a no-brainer)
Other than that I don't think the board can fend off every spurious claim made on the net.
People were actually selling this at $1.69 not based on any fundamentals just rumour.
