Your headline '...Toll suspended..." a typical journalistic grab for audience attention, implying indefinite suspension was sensational, false in interpretation, ie., wrong, incorrect, crap. Your source of information opposition MP F.S. is a person who has successfully run a campaign of fear, lies, misinformation and spin against Lynas, causing significant damage to the company and shareholders. Her Tweet today on the judges decision was again formulated in terms that were naturally biased to SMSL interpretation. You have been her unwitting accomplice in your sensational re tweeting.
Lynas has responded to clarify the impact of the decision, in that no further actions sanctioned by the TOL can be taken for one week until an expected positive result of next weeks court case eventuates.
