To some extent the ball is now in our court. If NDO retail holders do not accept the offer and slow down the process forcing BPC to extend the closing date by several weeks until the Gobi result comes thru, on a success case BPC may then have to up the ante to get the deal done. IMO BPC will extend the closing date if acceptances are slow as Galoc & WL is what they really want.
