Alan Joyce is a true believer and has shown amazing courage to stick to his guns. It is no coincidence 97% of shareholders supported him at the AGM.
I find it disgraceful that all I see in the papers is Unions wanting to target and discredit Alan Joyce! It is relentess, combative and distasteful.
When is enough enough? All I read is Unions wanting to fight on, brawl and challenge anything and everything! It seems absolutely crazy - unless Unions get their own way they just want to fight, slow bake, fight, slow bake, fight....!
For gosh sake Unions/employees, if you want a say in the company's future, go out and buy some shares and vote at the AGM!
