No offence dbl21, but IMO your comment shows a total lack of any basic business understanding, and I don't think it warrants mine or anyone's time trying to explain and justify otherwise.
Again I have raised this point before, but I think half the problem here is that Union officials don't have any experience managing or running large corporations. Let alone any sort of business education or qualifications...
