I believe you could also answer less ambiguously by saying yes, companies do have a legal obligation to explain to their investors/potential investors that their is a possibility things could go wrong. A no liability waiver is waived in every company ann or financial report. If the average Joe like myself can pick up on that and other investors can’t then they should stay well clear of investing in the stock market. IMO
