I agree that, in a normal world, the mkt cap should be higher. I think that the market is waiting to see how this drilling goes before starting to back this company. The historic BS is ebbing away and CLZ needs to, and seems to be, delivering on promises etc to the market. Some broker support would be nice - the daily sales are abysmal at the moment.
