Hello all sorry about latenessof post been away all day.

Formal sections of the AGM were quickly dealt with, all items to be voted on were passed with some discussions taking place and responses from the board satisfying the enquirer.
The full AIM listing was passed as expected with the board clarifying that aus shareholders would not be disadvantaged as Virotec will subsidise the Aus traders for aperiod of 12 months after full closure of the ASX listing.Subsidising to what extent was not revealed at the meeting.
No contracts or future work were announced, but informal discussions with various directors after the meeting were gaurded but positive.
Nothing else to report except chairmans address on the website.
