This is it fella's no doubt about it , the real thing. 20 mill for that site is a steal already, add Intec process and its rerating time. Funding was always going to be the issue but for mine would rather try to do it ourselves first - profits are all ours rather than prepackaged joint venture with all the boxes ticked already. Expect a few days of market arithmetic playing with the share price but would rather the expected steady climb than a day traders temporary pump and dump. Its a long play but now with tangable short term realization of goals on the horizon. Given the end result, 20 million is not a tuff ask IMO
