The bigger question if "merger discussions" are true is what would Pat be proposing to us shareholders? 1:1 stock or cash? I get the feeling Pat would be happy with anything that values BOQ at $9 a share or more so he can move on from the BOQ drama/headache and collect a payday....I personally wouldn't be happy with that valuation
