    eg. I buy 1 million LOM shares prior to consolidation.

    Post consolidation I have 33,333 LOM shares ?

    I will be offered 16,666 options ?

    for the sum of $16.66 ?

    The options will be exercised before 29th August 2015 for the sum of $166.66?

    Have I got it right?
