Look i'm going to put myself in Miles shoes and what i would do if i knew the whole picture..

1.I have confirmation of Kimbo, and proposed alluvial field, mineing is instant funding.(reimbusment of 30mil)
2.Acknowledge With Govt hold up on liscenses,confirm yes they will issue garunteed on payment of tax.
3.Curve of chart says that announce to public Game changers,announce consolidation on garunteed growth.
$.s/p grows expenentially,consolidation gets absorbed.
Share holders happy as pie
s/p potential has 20-30 % more growth on limited amount of shares on market,big buyers come onboard already notified through Canncord.
S/p is tight..

Without these actions i do not support Consolidation yet until this plan reveals its self.
