Regarding GML taking action for compensation...

As I understand if GML are refused the licence then GML will seak ompensation..

I do not recall reading that GoG have a month to respond before taking that action...
Maybe you can point me in the direction where you may have read that...

However I do think that GML will not idle in the Arbitration regarding the 100ppm ban...... they won't let it drag on for 6 months as the 100ppm act is quite simple they have advised GML that they will not issue a licence under the new act....
GoG just advised that they have enough information to continue the process as they have the White Paper to make a decision in my view that can only be on the "Special Conditions" that GML have and are outside of the ban approval timeframe.

The GoG need to be open and transparent on that point so that it is clear what they are accessing.... unless they are also trying to save some face.....therefore they should be open and upfront as to the 100ppm regarding GML.

As this can only be decided by the GoG having a dialogue with GML and arbitration ......

I do believe that after the annoucement by GoG that GML took the action to release the reasons for calling for Arbitration and hence seeking compensation that paper is openly on GML website for all to read...
