You need to understand that the IA government campaigning heavily to stop GGG during the election. Now that they have been elected, that's what they are going to do, any means necessary. Is it fair, no. But that's politics.
Without knowing exactly what remedies GoG have at their disposal under the official version of the minerals act and the exploitation license addendums, its difficult to make an informed decision.
GGG have laid out their position in the arbitration request document. Wont know what GoG position is until they release the draft response. No doubt there will be some surprises in that document. Until then, I believe the arbitration request is a non event and this should be communicated by GGG over the coming months.
