GE announcement is huge but probably a lot of people especially short term traders don't know how huge it is.
My understanding is that GE is the largest manufacturer of contrast dye and OSP makes its application a lot safer. The GE contract is A LOT more than opening up more market with sales team of over 100 people. The two companies are perfectly supplimentary and the relationship is mutually beneficial.
I even think in the near future it may become a standard practice to use DyeVert device in high risk patients so GE and OSP have to go together - that is about saving life and 40% is a significant difference and DyeVert is the only option to GE... definitely a game changer. I don't even consider selling below $1
