Take RAU's approach:

1. You have a pathetic 1 to 2c peice of crap company with almost no cash in the bank that will need to raise some capital.
2. Suddenly make a whole bunch of announcements that are complete bogus pipedreams.
3. Talk of "sophisticated investors - Chinese" being interested
4. Continue these bogus announcements every second day, thus ramping up the share price to a joke of a MC.
5. Stupid brokers start putting spec buys on the stock because "the Chinese" are investing
6. Announce your SPP at a 30% discount, yet still ramp the stock
7. Fools continue to buy into these pipedreams
8. The stock folds down to miserable levels as the pipedreams are now impossible to achieve.

Difference is AAR has the assets, thus it won't fold like the "dog of 2008 - RAU".
